1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ISLA mobile application and related services (collectively, "ISLA" or the "Service") operated by Ckrit Labs Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, registered office at London, United Kingdom
Registered in England & Wales.

By creating an account or using ISLA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ISLA. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or over. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account.

You must be a human individual. Accounts created by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Contact — info@ckritlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or use a name that is offensive, misleading, or infringes a third-party's rights.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

4. The ISLA Service

4.1 What ISLA provides

ISLA is an information, discovery, and social platform for Ibiza's party season. We provide:

• Club and venue guides including entry prices and drink prices
• DJ profiles, residency information, and event listings
• External links to purchase tickets on venue and partner websites
• A social feed for sharing content with other users
• The ISLA Rewards loyalty programme
• General travel, accommodation, and restaurant information

4.2 External ticket links

ISLA links to external websites operated by clubs, venues, and ticketing platforms (such as ClubTickets, DICE, and venue own websites) for ticket purchases. These transactions occur entirely on third-party platforms. Ckrit Labs Ltd is not a party to those transactions and accepts no responsibility for:

• The accuracy of event information on third-party sites
• Cancelled or rescheduled events
• Refund or exchange policies of venues or ticketing platforms
• Any loss suffered as a result of a third-party transaction

Always check the official venue website or ticketing platform for the most up-to-date event information.

4.3 Price and event information

We strive to keep price and event information accurate, but Ibiza venues change prices, lineups, and schedules frequently. All information on ISLA is provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy. Always verify critical details (entry prices, lineups, timings) directly with the venue before travelling.

5. User Content and the Social Feed

5.1 Your content

ISLA allows you to post text, photos, check-ins, and reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant Ckrit Labs Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the ISLA app and our social media channels for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You may delete your User Content at any time. When you delete your account, your User Content is permanently deleted within 30 days.

5.2 Prohibited content

You must not post content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Promotes illegal activity, drug use, or underage drinking
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or deliberately misleading
• Impersonates any person or organisation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy without notice.

6. ISLA Rewards Programme

ISLA Rewards is a free loyalty programme. Points are earned by:

• Completing bookings through ISLA: +100 points
• Referring a friend who creates an account: +500 points
• Checking in at a venue: +50 points
• Leaving a verified review: +25 points

ISLA Rewards points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. Points may be used to unlock in-app benefits and discounts as described in the app.

Ckrit Labs Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice. Points earned in good faith prior to any programme changes will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

Any attempt to earn points fraudulently (for example, through fake referrals, fake check-ins, or account manipulation) will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Ckrit Labs Ltd — including the ISLA name, logo, app design, original written content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ckrit Labs Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ISLA without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use ISLA for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from ISLA
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications to other users
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ckrit Labs Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided in the app
• Any loss arising from transactions on third-party ticketing platforms
• Events outside our reasonable control (including venue closures, event cancellations, or force majeure)

Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed £50.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ISLA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at Contact — info@ckritlabs.com. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ckrit Labs Ltd in respect of the Service.
