1. Promoter

The ISLA Referral Competition (the "Prize Draw") is operated by Ckrit Labs Ltd ("the Promoter"), registered in England and Wales. Contact: Contact — info@ckritlabs.com.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 or over at the time of entry
• Are residents of the United Kingdom or European Union
• Have downloaded the ISLA app and created a verified account

The following people are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, or directors of Ckrit Labs Ltd
• Immediate family members of the above
• Anyone involved in the administration or judging of the Prize Draw

3. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw opens on the ISLA app launch date ("Opening Date") and closes at 23:59 GMT on 30 June 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw:

• Step 1: Download the ISLA app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Step 2: Create a verified ISLA account (email verification required)
• Step 3: Navigate to the Rewards section to find your unique referral code
• Step 4: Share your referral code or link with friends
• Each friend who downloads ISLA and creates a verified account using your referral code = 1 entry into the draw

Bonus entries:

• Tag 3 friends on any ISLA Instagram post = 1 additional entry (tag must be visible and accounts must be real; submit via the in-app claim button)
• Share a post about ISLA on TikTok tagging @theibizaapp = 2 additional entries (post must remain live until the draw date; submit via the in-app claim button)

There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may accrue through legitimate referrals. Only genuine, verifiable referrals count. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, and manipulated referrals will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter. Internet access and a compatible smartphone are required.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive:

• Hotel accommodation for 4 people (2 rooms) for 3 nights in Ibiza, dates 2–5 October 2026
• 4 event tickets to one Ibiza closing party event during that weekend
• Total prize value: over £1,500

The prize does not include travel to or from Ibiza, flights, transfers, food and drink, personal expenses, or any costs not explicitly stated above.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on 1 July 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or a nominated third party using a verifiably random process.

The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and initial will be announced via ISLA's social media channels (@theibizaapp on Instagram and TikTok) following confirmation. By entering, participants agree to this announcement. Full personal details will not be published without the winner's consent.

A list of winners may be obtained by writing to Contact — info@ckritlabs.com within 3 months of the draw date.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data submitted in connection with this Prize Draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the draw and notifying the winner. Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable UK/EU data protection law.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable, providing reasonable notice where possible
• The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues
• Nothing in these Terms limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
